GO WITH THE FLOW…

Join Alia in a free 5 day challenge to learn a creative movement flow. Wake up your body and enjoy the calming sensation of transitioning fluidly from one dance move to another.

Learn a new part of the flow sequence by video everyday for 5 days starting Monday 27th April. Dance the combination together in a free live Zoom class on Monday 4th May

The new video sequence will be posted on Facebook, Youtube and this page every morning. The live Zoom class will take place on Monday 4th May at 11.00 and again at 19.00. You can come to one or both of the classes! Make sure to register beforehand to get the link to the Zoom class.

 

You can use this flow sequence in different ways. There are 5 separate combinations, one for each day of the week. Some of the combinations can be performed at a basic or more advanced level. Different options are shown in the videos. Try to find a piece of music to dance to with a clear and constant rhythm.

1. Learn the combinations separately or try to flow them together.

2. Dance the combinations in chronological order or get playful and mix up the order.

3. Combinations 1, 2 and 5 can be used on their own for warming up.

4. Get creative! Do one combination slowly, another combination double time.

5. Repeat the combination once on the right and once on the left and move onto the next combination - or stay with one combination for as long as you like.
