We’ll warm up using resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and some barre techniques before our high-intensity circuit training alternating strengthening and cardio with shimmies, slides, and waves. 70 minutes of action followed by a 20-minute deep stretch. Expect to have fun and feel energized!
