PAULA MARCOS & STRONGHER
Paula is a fitness coach and qualified personal trainer from Spain living and working in Zurich. She founded STRONGHER to educate and empower women to love their bodies by implementing strength training and healthy habits in a sustainable way. She helps women to understand there’s not a unique strategy in fitness and everyone has different needs.
