Shimmy Fit Crash Course
A new way to get fit! Work on strength, stamina, and shimmy technique in a non-stop action-packed 50 minutes! No excuses - ‘’shut up and shimmy!’’
We’ll warm up using resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and some barre techniques before our high-intensity circuit training alternating strengthening and cardio with shimmies, slides, and waves. 45 minutes of action followed by a 5-minute deep stretch. Expect to have fun and feel energized!
